Hunters getting it tough…our heart bleeds…
A broken leg seems to be de rigeur among local hunts lately with Ger O Riain,Donegal Harriers and Joe Callan ,Louth Foxhounds each having broken a leg in separate hunting falls. Each man is said to be making a full recovery.
Another Hunter making a recovery from a fall is Alan Reilly,Whipper in to the Kilkenny Foxhounds.He sustained a fractured pelvis when falling under his horse at a recent meet, and is out of the saddle for the rest of the season.
